Yves de Villegas (Santander, 1972) is a civil engineer. He obtained his doctorate with a thesis about the presence of the railway in European science fiction comics and briefly tried his hand at film production. For years he worked in Asia as export manager for the Spanish industry employers’ association. From that experience his passion for this continent was born, its people and, above all, for the study of the socio-cultural differences between countries. Currently is a university professor. He has published two children’s books and a novel for adults .
