Agata Gil Capeta (Badalona, 1979) is a Catalan multidisciplinary illustrator and graphic designer with a background in Fine Arts, Illustration, and Visual Communication. She studied at the University of Barcelona, Escola Pau Gargallo and EINA (University Centre of Design and Art). Her work combines traditional techniques like engraving and screen printing with contemporary digital tools.

She has collaborated with leading children’s publishers and cultural institutions in Catalonia, including Cavall Fort—a leading children’s magazine—where she has been a regular contributor since 2005. Her illustrations have appeared in educational and editorial projects, as well as in public and private campaigns across sectors such as education, culture, food, and sustainability. She also teaches and coordinates the Graphic Design and Audiovisual department at a public art school.
