Antonio González Iturbe (born 7 March 1967) is a Spanish journalist, writer and professor, who won, among others, Biblioteca Breve award. He is the director of the cultural magazine Librújula and collaborator of the Spanish journal, La Vanguardia. His adult novel La bibliotecaria de Auschwitz/The Librarian of Auschwitz, has been published in 40 languages. In the United Kingdom it was the best-selling translated book of the year in 2019. He is the author of this and other adult fiction titles, but also the author of a children ‘s book long seller series call The Cases of Inspector Cito, that has also been translated to 14 languages from many different alphabets, and the series La Isla de Susú. Más alla del límite is his second YA title.
