López Hernández, Edna Virginia

Edna López was born in 1977 in Los Realejos, north of Tenerife. In 1995 she moved to the city of San Cristóbal de La Laguna to study law. After graduating in 2000, she practiced as a lawyer for several years. She later began working as a legal advisor, which she combined with her great literary hobby. She is currently completing her university studies with a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology. Her first novel, In Search of the Kola Treasure, began to take shape in 2008, inspired by the legendary “Phaistos records.” The book, which includes part of the original engravings of this archaeological relic as an enigmatic language, is aimed at satisfying the awakened curiosity of young readers for adventure, mystery and knowledge.
