Alba Quintas Garciandia (Madrid, 1994) is a novelist, playwright, and audio‑production professional, with a solid academic background in the Humanities from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Her literary debut came at age 17 when she won the prestigious Premio Internacional Jordi Sierra i Fabra in 2012 for her debut young‑adult novel. In  2015 her third novel won the Special award in the La Caixa / Plataforma Neo competition. Since then, she has written more than ten novels across genres including realistic, historical, fantasy and speculative fiction. In addition to her narrative fiction, Alba is an accomplished dramatist. Her plays have been staged at big venues such as Teatro Valle‑Inclán and Teatro del Barrio.

Professionally, she has significant experience in the audio sector, having served as producer and as collaborator. She is also involved in narrative writing workshops and contributes to digital youth culture media such as Fantasy Mundo Young adult and La Página Escrita.
