Although Bel has never had any problems getting ahead in her studies, just now, on the verge of finishing the high school, not only has she failed several subjects, but she is also accumulating unexcused absences. She keeps to herself and no one can explain her attitude: not her mother, not the head of studies at school... not even Paz, her best friend. But just before Christmas, when she is about to be expelled and ruin her school year and her future for good, something happens that seems to shake her out of her indifference: an absurd rumour begins to spread around the school that a ghost is appearing. Some of her classmates report having witnessed strange phenomena and soon someone brings up an old urban legend: apparently, there has always been talk of a spirit appearing in the neighbourhood... a spirit that, after many years of slumber, has returned in search of something.
