<b>Daniel Hernández Chámbers </b>was born in Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands) in 1972 into a Spanish-British family. He has always been an engine driver on the Alicante tramway and a very well known writer of children's and young adult literature with around fifty published works and several literary awards in her pocket, such is Everest Award in 2012, Ala Delta Award in 2016, Alandar Award in 2017, Vila d'Ibi Award in 2018, Algar Award in 2019, Premio Hache in 2024.<br/> <br/> In edebé, Daniel has already published five children's titles: Chelo Holmes, Águilas sobre Damasco, Historias de miedo en el faro, El álbum de palabras de Elvira and El mapa de los imposibles.
