Like a Russian doll, a Matriuska, this story carries another story inside. It is the need to leave the present behind what makes a young woman look back towards her past, towards her grandmother's story. This dual line makes the plot unfold in parallel, taking the reader towards a present of separated parents, of a conceited boyfriend and treacherous friends while at the same time plunging us towards a scary secret which took place in Germany during the Second World War. And the granddaughter will finally become strong thanks to realizing what her granny's friend went through. Adventure, love and friendship, without forgetting History, are the main topics.
Gisela Pou nació en Castellar del Vallés (Barcelona) en el año 1959. Es licenciada en Ciencias Biológicas y tiene un máster en Guión televisivo. Desde hace más de veinte años, se dedica a escribir guiones televisivos y compagina su trabajo con su pasión: la literatura.
