MAIMÓN, OJOS AZULES

Eight-year old Nerea is a spoiled child because of her heart condition. Her parents have overprotected her. One night, after dinner, she finds a little mermaid that probably comes from inside the fish that Nerea’s family has eaten. Nerea’s grandfather, a sailor, says they must take her to Maimon, Blue Eyes, the ocean witch. The word witch scares Nerea who decides to escape with the mermaid to save her. And she wants to keep the mermaid with her, because after all, she found her, so the mermaid is hers, isn’t it?

That night, this girl with a failing-heart condition will live a risky adventure that will change her future life forever.
