Biography
Hurlé Becher, Paz

Paz Hurlé was born in Madrid in 1971, grew up in Asturias and made a pilgrimage to Paris dreaming of being a writer, before returning to Madrid, where she currently resides. She has a degree in Art History and works as an editor at the Organization of Consumers and Users. Her production is short; In fifteen years she has written four books for children, one of which won the Reading is Living Award. She is now making forays into television writing. “Despite how much I enjoy writing, my complete works only take up six centimeters in the bookstore,” she says, “but I am a cross between the cow in my arms and the bad guy's horse.”
