Biography
Pulido Gómez, Raquel

Raquel Pulido was born in Cádiz in 1976. She studied Teaching and has been teaching in the Region of Murcia for two decades. She, in turn, has a degree in Stage Direction and Dramaturgy. As a playwright she has obtained various recognitions (Kutxa Ciudad de San Sebastián award for Theater in Spanish, Luis Barahona de Soto award, etc.). She has also published stories and poems. She has recently entered the universe of children's and young adult literature, publishing in both Spain and Latin America. Her novel El Deseño de Mar was a finalist for the award Edebé of Children's Literature.
