Roberto Santiago was born in Madrid in 1968. He studied Journalism in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as well as literary creation in the Escuela de Letras. He is a director and scriptwriter, mainly of films and TV series. As well, apart from cinema, his other vocation is literature and he is really successful between children and young adults. His books have obtained literary awards such important as the Edebe Children’s Literature Award, and they have turned films.

Santiago García-Clairac, author of successful children and young adult books, is also an important and awarded advertising creative in Spain and he has also drawed storyboards of several films. Born in France in 1944, he started publishing books in 1994.
