Collection GREEN TUCAN

Tik is a young Dita girl who lives in a cave called Ours only with her Dad and Mum, her brothers Tok and Tak and Kroketa, a little bird. Their life goes on peacefully until a bunch of troglodytes show up, fleeing away from Theirs, their home, because of the dreaded Dinodiles. The arrival will bring Tik many new discoveries but also living conflicts or shall I say conflictive people.

A book about immigration and the abuse of authority but also a very funny text that plays a lot with wordings.

Matesanz Gil, Miguel

He was born in a neighborhood of Madrid with more children than adults. As a child he worked as a diligent student, Sunday mass altar boy and talented marble and metal player. Over the years, he graduated in Audiovisual Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid and, later, he was an announcer and director of several radio programs on Radio Sevilla la Nueva, proofreader of institutional books (Telemadrid Style Book, among others), responsible from the cultural section of the medical magazine Sístole, collection agent at the Tax Agency and successful singer in the shower at home. Although he wrote his first play at the age of seven, he did not manage to publish his first book until 2005, the year he won the Leer es Vivir award for children's literature. Since then, he has not stopped writing, both children's books and horror and science fiction stories for adults. Some of his children's works have been translated into Chinese, Korean, Turkish and Ganymedean. As long as readers like to laugh or be scared, he will continue inventing and writing stories in his house in Madrid with more children than adults.
