The era of theme parks has long passed and all of them are closed. However, the managers of PISPROSA seem to have found the definite formula and open a new theme park: The Death Park. People of PISPROSA are convinced that not only adults are crazy about death, but also children. It becomes a success and the funfair includes: Funerary World, Death Corridor, Lethal Accident, Leap into Void… Only one year after the opening, strange events happen in the park: every day they have around six suicides… but strangest of all, since they started, there have been no more suicides in the rest of Spain, as all of them seem to take place in Death Park.
Fernando Lalana nació en Zaragoza en 1958 y, aunque pensaba ser arquitecto y luego estudió Derecho, su única profesión ha sido la de escritor. Ha publicado más de 150 libros, además de varias obras de teatro, y ha ganado casi todos los premios de la literatura infantil y Young adult española, desde el Gran Angular al Premio Edebé, incluidos el Premio Nacional, que obtuvo por Morirás en Chafarinas, novela que fue llevada al cine por el director Pedro Olea con gran éxito, o el Cervantes Chico por toda su trayectoria. Y continúa escribiendo, siempre solo las obras que le divierten, con su ironía y agudeza características.
